The Adventure

This will be a very short blog, as my time in Domodossola was completely an accident. I was transferring trains on my way to Milano, but due to some sort of transportation error, there was a long layover in Domodossola. I used these couple hours to do a brief walk around the small city. I can’t say I saw a ton worth sharing, but the views were amazing if you got the right vantage point.

Domodossola is a city surrounded by mountains. I love mountains; I can’t think of anything more grand to witness in nature. Upon leaving the train station, my quest was only to find a spot where I could fully see the mountainous backdrop. And that’s pretty much all that happened. My one extra note would be that travelling Europe around Christmas was really nice because every city (including Domodossola) seemed to have its own Christmas market. Even though I didn’t buy anything, it’s still a nice and fun atmosphere to be in.
